Jobtailor is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee global accounting, consolidation, reporting, and internal controls across international operations.

The role requires experience with publicly traded environments, SOX, and complex multisite payroll, tax, and audit activities. You will drive continuous improvement and partner with senior stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives.

Formación

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 7+ years progressive experience in accounting, controllership, including finance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of multinational accounting, consolidations, external reporting, audit, and internal controls.
• Experience in publicly traded, SEC-listed company environment is mandatory.
• Experience managing global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Preferred: Experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Preferred: SOX implementation or SOX-compliant environment experience.
• Preferred: Experience in multinational technology or transactional marketplace-type businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all global accounting and tax activities across the company's international operations
• Own and oversee consolidated financial statements and external financial reporting requirements
• Manage external auditor relationships and lead the annual global audit process
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SEC/Nasdaq requirements, and local statutory regulations
• Design, implement, and monitor SOX compliance processes and internal control frameworks
• Oversee global tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, and coordination with external advisors
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual period-end processes across all entities
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition accounting
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, integrations, and internal controls
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, HR, and operational leaders on corporate initiatives and strategic projects
• Lead and develop a global finance organization across multiple international entities
• Manage and oversee payroll processes in several jurisdictions
