Ignite Travel is seeking an on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Madrid to drive outbound prospecting for the DACH region. The role focuses on generating qualified pipeline through high-volume outreach and strategic engagement.

You will target Germany, Austria and Switzerland, handling 60–70 calls daily, qualifying leads, and setting discovery meetings for Account Executives. CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce is required.

Formación

• Experience in B2B cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to handle sales objections over the phone.
• Proficient with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified pipeline for the DACH region through outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
• Make 60–70 outbound calls daily to target decision-makers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Identify SMB and mid-market accounts and research contacts.
