Job summary

Eursap Ltd. seeks an entry-level SAP HCM/SF Help Desk Support Technician in Spain. No SAP experience required; full training provided. German-speaking role based in Barcelona or Mallorca with hybrid remote option (up to 12 days per month). Salary €30,000–€35,700 gross per year plus fringe benefits.

Ideal candidates are IT graduates or junior IT professionals with a strong motivation to learn SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. English and German skills are essential, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

University degree in IT/Computer Science or a similar subject.
Experience in 1st/2nd/3rd Level IT Support or IT programming.
SAP experience as a key user / super user or consultant / support analyst.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn; proactive; team oriented.

Responsibilities

Strengthen the international team focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
Work on tickets and tasks related to operational processes.
Support Key users and Business Solutions Experts across the Group with troubleshooting and changes.
Prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming incident tickets.
Collaborate with departments and development teams; train local support if needed.
Continuously optimize support and operations processes.
Handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid disruptions.
