Job summary
Eursap - Europe's #1 SAP Recruitment Agency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ supports an end-client in Spain with an Entry-Level SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Help Desk Support Technician role in Barcelona or Mallorca. German speaking with English required; no prior SAP experience needed and full training provided. The position is hybrid with up to 12 remote days per month.
This permanent role offers a flexible start date from November 2026 onward. Salary range €30,000–€35,700 gross per year plus fringe benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience in 1st/2nd/3rd line IT support or IT programming.
- SAP experience as a key user/super user or consultant/support analyst is a plus.
- University degree in IT/CS or related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Pro-active and adaptable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide SAP HCM/SuccessFactors support for tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with business solutions experts and internal teams.
- Document, prioritise and resolve issues and changes.
- Train local support departments when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement of support processes.
