JobServe Ltd is seeking an Entry-Level SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Help Desk Support Technician in Barcelona or Mallorca, Spain. No SAP experience required; full training provided. Hybrid role with up to 12 remote days per month and a salary of €30,000–€35,700 gross per year plus benefits.

The position targets German and English proficiency (B2), IT graduates or junior IT professionals, and offers career growth in SAP support and operations within a major retail client.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/CS or IT support/SAP experience.
• Strong German and English proficiency (B2).
• Proactive, eager to learn, able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAP HCM/SuccessFactors tickets and tasks.
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement software changes.
• Support and train Key users and colleagues acrossing teams.
• Document processes and share knowledge with the team.
• Serve as service contact for application support.
