Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative to join an international team. You will connect with businesses, attract new advertisers, and advise on digital advertising solutions to grow local and regional customer bases.

Responsibilities include outreach via calls and emails, qualifying leads, guiding onboarding, and meeting daily sales targets while collaborating across the EMEA region.

Formación

• German at C2 and English at C1, both written and spoken.
• At least two years of experience in sales or another customer-facing role.
• Experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets or MS Word and Excel.

What you will do

• Contact potential advertisers through outbound calls and emails.

• Understand business needs and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions.
• Guide businesses through onboarding and verification processes.
• Support clients in submitting accurate documentation in line with regional requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalates them when necessary.
• Meet daily customer interaction goals and individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with your team to expand the advertiser base across EMEA.

What we are looking for

• German at C2 level and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• At least two years of experience in sales, recruitment or another customer-facing role.
• Experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain processes effectively.
• Confidence managing deadlines and delivering quality work.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Awareness of the home services sector.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and achieving targets.
• A bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.

• Full time hybrid position in Barcelona.

• Gross annual base salary of €23,671.
• Performance bonus of up to €2,840 gross per year.
