Revolut Ltd in Barcelona, Krakow and Madrid is hiring a Sales Quality Analyst (German-Speaking) to join our growing Global Sales team. You will monitor and improve the quality of all sales interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, supporting Account Executives and their managers.

The role requires 6+ months in quality analysis, fluency in English and German, and a track record of strong quality scores, diligence and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Great quality score results.
• Exemplary diligence and integrity.
• Solid interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats
• Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results
• Working with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training
