Ww Talents is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to drive new business in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage prospects through outbound prospecting, and convert leads into paying subscribers.

Based in Spain, you will work onsite initially with a transition to a hybrid setup. On-target earnings include a €30,000 base and uncapped commissions, with a clear ramp and progression path.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual German
• 1-6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Call Center, or Outbound Prospecting is highly valued
• Legal right to work in Spain and currently based in Spain

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market
• Conduct outbound calls and handle high-volume activity (80–100 calls/day)
• Demonstrate products and manage free trials to convert to paid subscriptions
• Hit KPIs for calls, demos, conversions and revenue
• Handover new customers to Customer Experience after activation
