Approach People Recruitment is seeking a German-Speaking Sales Executive in Madrid to drive customer acquisition in the online gaming sector. You will engage high-intent leads and leverage your sales skills to convert them into active customers. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of outbound sales experience and are fluent in German and English. The position offers a base salary up to €30k plus monthly bonuses, and you will join a vibrant, multilingual team in an exciting industry.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Engage high-intent leads to drive customer acquisition.
• Follow structured outbound strategies to maximize conversions.
• Record and manage interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retention, and CRM teams.
• Participate in training and team meetings for skill growth.
