Trimble’s Transporeon division is seeking a Business Development Representative who can bridge Marketing and Sales while engaging with potential partners in English and German. You will identify high-value opportunities, conduct discovery calls and emails, and act as a product expert to help customers transform their logistics operations.

This role requires at least 1 year in Sales/BDR and a proactive, growth-minded mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must have fluent English and German proficiency (C1/C2 or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a Business Development Representative role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and create high-value qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Lead discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport with potential partners.
• Act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales to enable cross-functional teamwork.
• Present Transporeon’s product offerings as a subject matter expert to help customers solve logistics challenges.
• Demonstrate language proficiency in English and German as required for the role.
