Babel Profiles is seeking an Inside Account Executive who is bilingual in German to own the end‑to‑end account strategy for mid‑market customers from Barcelona. You will develop relationships with IT directors, manage engagement across the sales cycle, and collaborate with specialist inside resources to grow the account.

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience with medium business accounts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
