Cross Border Talents seeks a Google Ads Sales Specialist to onboard new advertisers and develop effective campaigns. You will understand client goals, recommend solutions, and support campaign creation, launch, and optimization.

You will focus on driving campaign performance, increasing client investment, and identifying opportunities for business growth while building strong client relationships via calls, meetings, and emails.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) is required.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Understand clients' business goals, target audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, increasing advertising budgets, and expanding clients' use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high-quality client support.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, Google Ads features, industry developments, and new technologies.
• Deliver tailored advice and identify growth opportunities for long-term client success.
