Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Google Ads Sales Specialist to guide new advertisers through onboarding, define effective strategies, and drive campaign performance. You will work closely with clients to understand objectives, propose suitable Google Ads solutions, and support campaign creation, launch, and optimization.

You will build strong client relationships via calls, virtual meetings, and email, while identifying upsell opportunities and using data to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
• Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring successful onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Understand clients' business goals, target audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding clients' use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high-quality client support.
• Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends and Google Ads features.
• Support long-term client success by delivering tailored advice and growth opportunities.
