Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly acquired advertisers, assist with account setup and strategy development.
• Understand clients' goals, audiences, and challenges to propose suitable solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns per client objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and increase advertising budgets.
• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and Google Ads features.
• Deliver tailored advice to support long-term client success.
