BlueView Talent is seeking a Google Sales Specialist to onboard advertisers, learn their business goals, and propose effective digital advertising strategies. You will guide campaigns from setup to optimization and help clients grow their spend with Google Ads.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, data-driven decision making, and opportunities to upsell. A hybrid work model and relocation support are offered.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology and digital advertising
• Curious, motivated and eager to develop professionally

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure smooth account setup
• Understand client objectives and recommend tailored advertising solutions
• Create, launch, manage and optimize PPC campaigns to meet goals
• Build long-term client relationships via calls, meetings and email
• Provide guidance to improve campaign performance and ROI
• Identify upsell opportunities and new advertising solutions
• Monitor campaign KPIs and use data insights to improve results
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and great client experience
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform updates
• Offer strategic advice and results-driven solutions to support client success
