Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
• German C2 and high English proficiency (written and spoken).
• 2+ years in sales/marketing with a track record of winning clients.
• Familiar with AI tools in outreach and CRM improvements.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and tailor PPC campaigns for immediate impact.
• Drive revenue growth via outbound calls and upselling.
• Engage the German market to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with accurate data in CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Build long-term relationships and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
