Ignite seeks a bilingual account manager in Barcelona to lead German market campaigns and advisory for mid-market and tech clients. You will drive onboarding, onboarding, and growth through PPC optimization and strategic client engagements.

The role combines hybrid work in Barcelona with career progression, high client interaction, and a focus on expanding GA campaigns across a dynamic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Languages: German (C1–C2) and English proficiency for internal admin.
• Ability to manage client portfolios independently on digital platforms.
• Willingness to conduct outbound outreach to executives.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data workflows.
• Comfort using modern digital and AI tools to tailor communications.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new accounts and design tailored PPC campaigns.
• Regular outbound calls to educate and engage clients.
• Assess client goals and build scalable campaign frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track milestones.
• Analyze ad performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Align Google Ads with sales funnels and optimize audiences.
• Relay market feedback from Germany to improve services.
