Ignite in Barcelona is seeking an Account Manager to manage a German-focused, B2B Google Ads portfolio. You will onboard new clients, design strategic PPC campaigns, and drive expansion through proactive outreach and deep relationship building.

You will leverage CRM to track activity, analyze performance, and report insights to executives. The role sits in a hybrid Barcelona office near the World Trade Center with ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications

• German fluency (C1–C2) with business English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work with CRM systems.
• Proactive outreach to educate partners and grow accounts.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze data and tailor proposals.
• Strong written and spoken communication with a persuasive style.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new corporate accounts and design PPC strategies.
• Conduct outbound phone consultations across your portfolio to educate partners and drive expansion.
• Assess client objectives to build customized, fast ROI campaigns.
• Document all account activity in the company CRM with precision.
• Analyze ad performance data to deliver actionable optimization insights.
• Help sync Google Ads with conversion funnels and audience segmentation.
• Provide market feedback from Germany to internal product teams.
