Job summary

Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist to lead strategy and client growth for a portfolio of accounts in Barcelona. You will manage onboarding, campaign architecture, and ongoing optimization across mid-market and tech clients, with a focus on German markets and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) at World Trade Center Barcelona, combining strategic client engagement with data-driven reporting and revenue

Qualifications

• Languages: Native or C1-C2 German with professional English
• Experience autonomously managing B2B accounts and using CRM systems
• Ability to perform proactive outbound outreach to senior decision-makers
• Comfort using AI/digital tools to optimize reporting and messaging
• Strong communication, persuasion, and business acumen with results-driven focus

Responsibilities

• Onboard corporate accounts and build tailored PPC architectures to meet goals
• Conduct outbound client engagement to educate and grow portfolio
• Assess objectives to design agile, performance-driven ad configurations
• Maintain CRM records with accurate histories, milestones, and portfolios
• Analyze campaign metrics and translate data into executive-ready insights
• Advise on integrating Google Ads into wider sales funnels and landing pages
• Gather German market feedback to inform product and service improvements
