ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate fluent in German and English to drive new business with Fortune 100 clients to small, innovative companies. You will close deals, build relationships over the phone, and cross-sell additional ADP solutions while collaborating with internal teams.

Prospects are engaged via outbound calls and strategic messaging; success leads to advancement opportunities, competitive compensation, and global exposure within ADP.

Formación

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated with excellent closing skills.
• Goal-oriented drive with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
• Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
• Must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
• Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.
