ADP is seeking a Digital Sales District Manager in Spain to introduce prospective clients to leading ADP solutions over the phone and build lasting relationships. You will win new business from a range of clients, from Fortune 100 organizations to small businesses, with support to advance your skills and career.

You will drive sales, cross-sell across the ADP family, and collaborate daily with customers and colleagues to grow ADP's footprint.

Formación

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated with excellent closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit monthly/yearly quotas.
• Well organized with strong time and activity management.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients using a cold calling strategy and identify needs to recommend ADP products.
