ADP is seeking a District Manager for GER Outbound sales, fluent in German (C1/C2) with strong closing skills and outbound experience. You will drive sales, build client relationships, and cross-sell ADP solutions across existing accounts while collaborating with internal and external teams.

The role requires German and English fluency, sales aptitude, and a proactive, self-starting attitude. A competitive commission package and career growth are offered.

• A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed quotas.
• Well organized with time and activity management skills.
• Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.
