Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a German-speaking Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our business in Barcelona. You will acquire new clients, advise on digital advertising strategies, and support onboarding for the German market.

You will develop advertising solutions, optimize campaigns, increase client investment, and build long-term relationships. Fluency in German (C2) and strong English are required; 2+ years in sales/marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• C2-level German proficiency and strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Masters preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with digital advertising, PPC campaigns, CRM systems and AI tools.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Resilience, adaptability and a target-driven mindset.
