Job summary

Lingo-nova is hiring a German-speaking Sales and Onboarding Specialist in Barcelona to onboard and engage German-market clients. You will drive growth with PPC solutions, conduct outbound sales, and manage a high-volume portfolio in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level German (C2) and high level of English, both written and spoken.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc preferred).
• Proven sales/marketing experience (2+ years) in target-driven environments.
• Regular use of AI tools in workflow and experience improving CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of German business etiquette and market context.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations for compliant outreach.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to handle ROI questions.
• Business acumen with market/competitor analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, proactive; able to work independently and in a team.
• Stakeholder management with skeptical clients and multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and advise on objectives; develop results-driven PPC campaigns.
• Sell through outbound calls; upsell and increase client spend.
• Identify German market needs; offer tailored solutions for growth.
• Manage a high volume of accounts and maintain CRM data quality.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets.
• Foster long-term loyalty with stakeholders; promptly resolve inquiries.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.
