Morningstar is seeking a German-speaking Data Analyst Intern for a 12-month role in Madrid. You will collaborate with the Global Data Team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data across markets, gaining hands-on experience in data acquisition and management.

The role requires multilingual abilities (English plus two other languages) and a recent university degree. You will work in a hybrid setup with weekly in-office collaboration and exposure to LEAN Six Sigma methodologies.

Formación

• Fluent in English and at least two other languages.
• Demonstrated teamwork and client-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented with data quality mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying financial data across global markets.
• Support relationships with fund companies by setting up acquisition channels and resolving data issues.
• Collaborate with global data teams to meet production deadlines and deliver high-quality data to clients.
• Learn and apply LEAN Six Sigma project methodologies to improve workflows and resolve data challenges.
• Document and translate client requests into specifications while gaining hands-on experience with financial data processes.
