WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Porto, Portugal, onsite. You will provide professional support across markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Role requires fluent German and strong English (C1). The position involves working shifts and accommodating expat arrangements, with housing support discussed during interview.

• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
