WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Porto. You will provide professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality experience.

Requirements include fluent German, English at C1, strong communication and problem-solving, and the ability to learn large volumes of information. Accommodation support is offered; relocation is possible, but visa details apply; no flight ticket

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
