WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role is based onsite in Porto, Portugal, with 24/7 rotational shifts and accommodation support.

Fluency in German and English at C1 level is required, along with strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple markets and complex information. LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
