WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets from Porto, Portugal, onsite. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements include fluent German and C1 English, excellent communication, and the ability to learn and manage large amounts of information. Accommodation support is provided, with a salary of €1,100 gross per month paid over 14 salaries; no flight ticket is included.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
