WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join its international team in Porto, Portugal. You will provide professional support to customers across markets, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with empathy and accuracy.

The role requires fluent German and C1 English, strong communication, and the ability to manage large amounts of information in a fast-paced setting. Accommodation support is provided, with a welcome bonus and salary structure outlined above.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
