WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic assistance to customers across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service quality in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires fluent German, C1 English, strong communication, and the ability to learn and manage large information volumes. Accommodation support is provided, with details discussed during interviews.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
