You will support customers in German and English via phone and email, help resolve financial inquiries, and deliver a positive, high-quality service experience.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Based in Madrid or open to relocating to Spain
