Foundever is hiring German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a dynamic team supporting a leading global financial institution in Madrid. If you enjoy helping people and working in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You will support customers in German and English via phone and email, help resolve financial inquiries, and deliver a positive, high-quality service experience.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Based in Madrid or open to relocating to Spain
