A Tech client in Barcelona, Spain is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You’ll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Start date: 31/Aug/26.

Day to day, you’ll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We’re looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
