Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) to join our team on-site with hybrid options. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and other channels, resolve queries within SLA, and maintain product knowledge.

The role offers a permanent contract of 39 hours/week, a rotating schedule from 11:00 to 20:00, training, career development programs, and a competitive salary of €19,623 gross per year with bonus potential up to €2,440.

Formación

• Fluency in German and a high level of English.
• Customer service experience and ability to listen and resolve customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• As a Customer Service Representative, take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other alerts) and resolve users' demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge for applications specific to individual customers.
