Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative (English-speaking) for a hybrid role. You will handle post-sales inquiries, respond to customers, and pursue cross-sell opportunities with a service-oriented approach.

We look for at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in IT products. Training is provided, with career development opportunities, a 39-hour week and a €20,000 gross annual salary plus a €2,000 bonus.

Formación

• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Customer-driven with motivation for sales.

• IT knowledge and technical understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) for post-sales requests.
• Respond quickly and effectively to inbound queries.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
• Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling activities.
• Maintain knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes.
