Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries from German-speaking customers and work under a supportive, globally connected organization.

You will rotate a schedule from 11:00 to 20:00 across Monday to Saturday, participate in comprehensive training, and benefit from an excellent Barcelona office and career development programs.

Formación

• German language proficiency required; English advanced.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Ability to log calls and resolve issues within SLA.

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
