Formación

To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Finance&Accounting team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up on accounts receivable.
• Contact clients via email and phone to manage overdue invoice payments.
• Negotiate payment plans or agreements when necessary, in accordance with company policy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with clients.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Legal) to resolve issues delaying payment.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring appropriate handling and timely follow-up.
• Regularly review and update client contact information and status in the system.

Requirements:

• 1-2 year experience of related work in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
• High level of English is required. Other languages will be positively valued.

Soft Skills:

• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and experience in customer oriented roles.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work persistently and autonomously.
• Initiative and a drive to get things done.
