Calibre Scientific Spain seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to manage customer balances, drive timely collections, and support cash flow. You will resolve disputes, reconcile payments, and maintain AR records in our ERP system while collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have a finance/AR background, strong Excel and ERP experience, and fluency in Spanish and English to support diverse customer interactions and month-end activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Ideally 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Collections, or Credit Control.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Results-driven.
• Analytical thinking.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Contact customers by phone, email, and other channels regarding overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and billing issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Reconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments accurately.
• Follow up on aged receivables and escalate high-risk accounts when necessary.
• Maintain detailed collection records and collection activities in the ERP system.
• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare aging reports, collection forecasts, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve collection performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
