Job summary

Hiring International Academy seeks an Accounts Executive who speaks German to join our Barcelona team. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handle transitions to Customer Experience after onboarding.

The role requires native-level German and English, and 1–6 years of relevant commercial experience in outbound sales or similar. You will work in a fast-paced environment with KPI-driven targets and high-volume calls.

• Manage a high volume of calls, approx 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
