Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an Accounts Executive (German Speaker) in Barcelona to drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to a closed subscription. The role requires German and English bilingual proficiency and 1–6 years of solid commercial experience, preferably in outbound prospecting.

You will conduct client meetings, manage free trials, and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Experience after subscription. Expect handling 80–100 calls per day and meeting KPIs for MRR and conversions.
