Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to focus on the Czech market. This hybrid role covers the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing subscriptions—for a leading e-commerce search technology company.

You will drive growth and hit KPIs while working in a flexible environment. The role requires native or bilingual German and English, 1–6 years of commercial experience, and relocation is not provided; candidates must reside in Spain.

Formación

• German native or bilingual proficiency
• English native or bilingual proficiency
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting)

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
