Career Nest Academy is hiring an Account Executive in Madrid to drive the full sales cycle for the Czech market. The role requires native German and English, 1–6 years of commercial experience, and residency in Spain.

You will manage meetings, trials, and handovers to the Customer Experience team, while handling 80–100 calls daily and hitting KPI targets. The position is hybrid with onboarding on-site in Madrid, ongoing monthly travel as needed, and a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
• Must already reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR/ call center/ outbound prospecting).
• Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
