The Career Nest is seeking an Account Executive in Madrid focused on the Czech market. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription, driving growth for a leading e-commerce search tech company.

Onboarding starts with on-site training in Madrid, followed by a hybrid cadence and performance-based progression. Native German and English are required, with 1–6 years of commercial experience.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
