Cross Border Talents is seeking a German + Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent for Valencia or Madrid, Spain (on-site). Start: ASAP. Local candidates only; no relocation support.

You will support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and resolving technical or account issues in an international team. You will work rotating shifts in a structured 24/7 environment with full training and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Fluent German (C2) and Spanish (B2) are required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and a problem-solving mindset are needed.
• Must already be in Spain or willing to relocate.
• EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is required.
