Strada is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant for Germany to guide the payroll system implementation from start to go-live. You will tailor SAP Payroll configurations to client requirements, perform testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. The role emphasizes strong client focus, governance, and timely milestone delivery within a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Strong client focus and accountability for results, with discretion handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Role SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Germany

Activities under your Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application.
• Involvement in implementations is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English.
• German is a plus, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
