Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Account Manager to manage a portfolio of advertisers, understand client objectives, and tailor PPC and digital campaigns for optimal ROI. You will build lasting relationships through calls, meetings, and email while spotting upsell opportunities and keeping ahead of industry trends.

Requires German (C2) and English (C1) fluency, 1+ year in sales/marketing, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure smooth account setup and activation.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to tailor advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital campaigns.
• Build long-term client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide guidance to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify upselling opportunities and account growth.
• Monitor KPI performance and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platform updates.
• Support long-term client success with strategic advice and solutions.
