Apple in Barcelona is seeking a German Language Expert to localize software and content into German. You will join a dynamic team supporting localization across products and services.

This role requires fluency in German and English, experience with CAT tools and machine translation, and ability to deliver high-quality translations on tight schedules while collaborating with engineering, QA, and other localization teams.

Formación

• Fluency in German with current and direct exposure to German culture.
• Familiar with machine translation and post-editing.
• Fluent in English to perform English–German translations and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide.
• Experience with CAT tools and software UI translation.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Apple products into German.
• Maintain style guides and language glossaries.
• Ensure terminology consistency across Apple products and services in German.
• Collaboratively assess impact and implement localization changes.
• Bug monitoring, reporting and resolution.
• Work with cross-functional groups to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Assist with confidential translations and feedback.
• Contribute to tools and process enhancements.
