Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is hiring a Business Development Representative to build and grow a German-speaking sales team. You will prospect, follow up, and actively work toward hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on prospecting, nurturing relationships from first contact to close, and owning a sales pipeline with regular progress reports to management. Relocation support may be discussed directly with the employer during the process.

Formación

• German language fluency required (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate or discuss relocation options.

An employer in Barcelona is hiring for a Business Development Representative role and building out their German team.

Expect a fairly fast pace here: prospecting, follow-ups, and hitting targets are core to the role.

What you'd be doing:

• Adjust approach based on what's working and what isn't
• Build relationships with prospects from first contact through to close
• Own a pipeline and report on progress against targets
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Comfortable communicating in German at a professional level
