Amazon is seeking an Employee Relations / Labor Relations Manager to join our German EXR Team. You will partner with site leadership and regional Operations to develop labor relations strategies that drive constructive relationships with employee representatives and interpret external labor environments.

You will travel up to 40% mainly in Germany, advising on representation matters and embedding fair processes across Amazon’s EU operations.

Formación

• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law.
• Experience in change management and negotiation.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English (CEFR, C1).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute labor relations strategy for German Operations with site teams and leaders.
• Advise leadership on employee representation matters and engagement with employee representatives.
• Develop proactive approaches to emerging labor dynamics to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Internal Communications and Public Relations to align messaging.
• Promote fair, transparent processes and employee engagement across the org.
